Moldflow Analysis

Go beyond validation to achieve true part optimization with fill, pack, cool, and warp analyses.

    Advantages of Flow Analysis:

    1. Faster cycle times
    2. Reduce clamp tonnage
    3. Produce better quality parts
    4. Speed up project progress
    5. Reduce number of mold tests
    6. Deliver your parts on time

    Filling:

    1. Position of Weld line - Decide the number and position of gate points
    2. Position of gas convergence -Vent groove design
    3. Flow compatibility - Clear the main axis of shrinkage
    4. Internal pressure change - Gate pressure

    Cooling:

    1. The rate of cooling
    2. The degree of shrinkage
    3. Surface temperature

    Warpage:

    1. Holding pressure/Residual pressure
    2. Cooling shrinkage - Channel design

    Warta Mould Co., Ltd

    1. Balanced flow direction (single flow direction, can ensure uniform shrinkage and internal pressure)
    2. Flow balance (ensure that multi-cavity is filled and all corners of one cavity are filled at the same time)
    3. Uniform pressure gradient (the pressure gradient on the whole part should be uniform)
    4. Maximum shear pressure (max shear pressure given by the material must not be exceeded)
    5. Uniform cooling (the temperature difference between Cavity & Core should not be too large to avoid warping caused by thermal pressure)
